Just not much happening

Classes started. I still haven't had a full week of school because most of my classes meet on Monday. ... Still only one grade. Yeah, that makes sense that Prof. Mediation took until yesterday to get her grades in even though the exam was in November. ... Really nothing else is happening, so that means I have nothing to blog about...

OK, since nothing here in law school land is interesting or blog-worthy, here is some entertainment for you. So I have this friend who has been really happy lately. But wow. Just wow.
And apparently it's 100 percent true. I asked her...

Come on Someguy! You can do it. Don't lose steam now. You are nearly done, and won't it be grand to have documented all 3 years (no matter how lame it may have been at times). I keep checking in. I see it as running the NY Marathon or something . . . sure, maybe you have 3 miles to go, and your time is way over 5 hours, but you have to finish! I've been with you for going on 3 years (in one incarnation or another). I need you to cross that finish line.

I am curious about your choice of classes in your final semester. Are you checking out? Are you taking a full load, just sailing by, trying to push that GPA up one last time? And I want a happy ending to the job search. We need more than just Discourse.net to give us the skinny on all the goings on there.

As the snow comes down outside, you are the only thing that keeps me warm! (is that too much?)

No, no divorce yet. Doesn't that come in my second year at my post-law-school-biglaw-job? Then, in year 15 I get hitched to a woman twenty years younger than me, and when I'm fifty, I have a 4-year-old at home (who I never see, and who hates me) while my new "wife" is boning her holistic yoga instructor/life coach.

I can't wait!
