Not much to report. Chemerinsky's all-day lecture was great. That doesn't mean I'll ace Con Law though but the man is absolutely brilliant. He did his entire lecture without notes (I know he does the same lecture often but he didn't so much as have a piece of paper in front of him; that's not normal).

My real life is getting in the way of bar studying.

What about the fact that he recited his 50 page outline verbatim from memory?!!! Plus, any professor who can make a pun about contraceptives is unbelievable.
The guy lives and breathes Con Law. He's like one of those old sages that memorized an insane amount of knowledge without writings.
Anyway, Some Guy are you doing 50 multiples a day like PMBR suggests. I guess I'll try to do some today. I don't think I can reasonably do 50 per day and follow the paced program.
V, I'm doing 50 a day total (including the paced program...so even if the paced program tells me to do only 35 one day, I'm still up doing at least 50 that day).
On some days when I seem to have more time and energy I'm doing an extra set (usually 35 (takes an hour) additional beyond what the paced program says).
Now that we're starting week 3 of Bar-Bri and the subjects are piling up I'm going to start going back and doing week 1 subjects - I figure even if I do 10 questions or so per day of a subject I haven't had in a few weeks that keeps it fresh in my brain.
Cool. I guess I'll ramp up the multiples. :) I've gotten interested in practicing the multiples more due to tricky phrasing. Nothing like motivation.
