really real
I got sworn in today. I am a lawyer. Damn, that sounds strange.
A blog by a recent law school graduate about life in law school, studying for the bar exam and how to forget about the misery of the bar exam...Previously this was a blog about being a law student after almost a decade away from school. Being a 3L was much better than being a 1L or a 2L...Life as a law student...Should I go to law school? I don't know. Should you? ... What is law school really like? ...

Ahhh.... the sweet smell of success!
Or is that the smell of cigarettes and alcohol from the bar (the good kind) you were celebrating at last night, that's emanating from the pile of your clothes in the corner?
Whatever, it's all good!
Congratulations!
did your office have some sort of ceremony? we had 2 new attorneys so we had everyone gather round and take pictures while one of the attorneys, who is a notary, swear us in.
i'll still be going to the ceremony at the 3d DCA. but its a weird/cool feeling to be a lawyer officially...
Congrats again!
No ceremony at work. I'm the only newbie. No big deal. Graduation was good enough for me. I have no interest in listening to some judges and some other people I don't know give speeches during a more formal ceremony.
Vert, how do I get invited?
